Today, Puelo Coffee Roasters operates across two distinct locations in Santiago\u2019s Vitacura neighborhood<\/strong>: their original caf\u00e9, a full-service restaurant-style coffee bar, and a dedicated roastery with open-door tastings and educational experiences. Each space reflects the same philosophy: quality, transparency, and a connection to nature.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe locations\u2019 project combines the natural character of southern Chile, especially the Puelo River area, with a modern design approach focused on specialty coffee and the tradition of roasting. We contrasted an industrial design aesthetic with clean lines and neutral tones with the warmth of fine materials from southern Chile, such as pell\u00edn oak and myrtle \u2013 said Cristobal Fell, the architect who took care of the design of Puelo Coffee Roasters\u2019 shops.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe roastery’s design is experience-oriented, with a production area visually integrated through glass panels, where the roaster is the centerpiece of the narrative and visible to the public. A coffee tasting laboratory completes the tour, creating a connection between the sensorial and the architectural aspects. The rest is the experience itself from a caf\u00e9, which enhances the project and ultimately tangibly delivers the designed experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Puelo Coffee Roasters is more than a roastery or caf\u00e9\u2014it\u2019s a living embodiment of Slow Coffee.
