From May 12th to 14th at MICE, the professional on-demand grinder Mythos by Victoria Arduino will be the official sponsor of the Australia’s Richest Barista competition. The first grinder designed for the specialty coffee world by coffee specialists, Mythos by Victoria Arduino represents grinding quality in a unique and recognizable design. • Brewing Methods: Nicole Lin, Senior Consultant and WBC Certified Sensory Judge, will offer coffee and tea tastings using PureBrew technology.
• Espresso Technology: the Simonelli Group technical team will present the latest developments and solutions for espresso extraction
• Sustainability: Lauro Fioretti, Simonelli Group Product Manager and WBC representative, will demonstrate how to reduce the footprint of the espresso machine whilst improving performance
