From 22 to 24 June Victoria Arduino, one of the global brand leaders in the professional coffee machine and grinder sector, will be in Athens for the World Barista Championship as the WBC official grinder sponsor with Mythos MY75. The stylised eagle, symbol of the brand that brought together the needs of any time and transformed them into technology, materials and experiences, will be there at Hall 3- Stand J10 to offer baristas, roasters and chains the best innovations for coffee extraction, grinding and steam production in a distinctive and contemporary design.
Baristas competing to represent their respective countries at the World Barista Championship 2023 will work with Victoria Arduino’s Mythos MY75. The grinding control and precision offered by Mythos will support baristas to achieve their goal: being the 2023 World Barista Champion. For the WBC Athens, Mythos celebrates the culture and history of one the oldest cities in the world that has lasted for over 3,400 years and that has the honour of being known as the cradle of Western civilization and the birthplace of democracy. Today, Athens is a flourishing metropolis with a surprising specialty coffee economy set against a lively background of Greek, European and international culture. A special limited edition version of Mythos celebrates present and past Greece with graphics containing elements linked to specialty coffee that capture the history and culture of ancient Greece.
The experience offered by the barista competition is enriched by the activities proposed in the Victoria Arduino stand Hall 3 – Stand J10 during the three days of the fair at 2:30 pm. At the stand you can discover interesting product innovations presented for the first time at WOC Athens such as the E1 Prima EXP and VIS technology.
On June 22nd Victoria Arduino proposes an interesting workshop “Latte art workshop“. In addition to the barista’s technique, which is essential for a perfect milk foam, the technology of the coffee machine can help to increase the quality of the milk. The Steam by Wire by Eagle One can help on this. Steam by-Wire is the electronic steam control delivered at a pressure of 2.1 bar, resulting drier and therefore able to increase the quality of the milk in the jug. Victoria Arduino invites you to test Steam by Wire on June 22 at 2:30 pm at booth 3-J10.
On June 23rd at 2.30 pm don’t lose the event “Pure Brew Mystery Box”. Participants will open the mystery boxes containing several ingredients to be used to create original cocktails based on Pure Brew with Black Eagle Maverick. An exciting challenge that rewards the creativity and passion for coffee of all those who decide to participate and that aims to enrich and expand the coffee experience. The cocktail that receives the highest score will be published in the Black Eagle Maverick app (get it on Google Play and Apple Store), along with the new PureBrewCoffee recipes by Victoria Arduino.
On June 24th at 2.30 pm Victoria Arduino will unveil a series of interesting ideas to “Pure Brew Happy Hour at home” and amaze its guests with many original ideas both alcoholic and non-alcoholic based on Pure Brew. Coffee and tea are innovative and healthy ingredients that are strongly entering the world of cocktails and mocktails, expanding the possibilities of living unique sensory experiences.
