NEO Technology

New Engine Optimization is a unique technology that enables high performance and improves energy efficiency. All the bartender has to do is set the temperature from the display. The NEO engine uses instantaneous heating technology that requires smaller volumes and boilers because only the water needed is heated.

TERS

The patented TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) allows waste water to be used to preheat incoming water, using a process to recycle and minimize waste with a savings of 8 percent of total machine consumption.

EasyCream

Easy Cream technology automatically whips milk and vegetable drinks at the right temperature and with the right amount of foam, allowing you to customize up to 9 recipes and select one directly from the main display of your coffee machine. The barista can create different recipes using different types of milk/alternatives in terms of temperature, consistency, and foam results.

High production

The unit with 5 pre-programmed buttons enables faster production and speeds up workflow. The insulated stainless steel boiler has an internal pressure of 2.1 bar, which, working with the Steam-by-Wire electronic steam control, enables dry steam delivery for better drink quality and faster brewing.

Eagle Tempo Digit is a single-boiler espresso machine capable of ensuring high productivity and consistency in beverage preparation.

Features

EasyCream

Easycream technology starts with an automated steam wand that allows operators to heat the same amount of milk or plant-based beverages in a snap. Baristas need only push the lever and Easycream will prepare your drink at the right temperature, with the right amount of cream, giving your customers a consistent high-quality beverage in the blink of an eye.

Steam via Cable

Delivered via the innovative steam wand with a tangential perforated nozzle, Steam-by-wire technology ensures thick yet silky creamy milk or vegetable drinks every time. All the barista has to do is press the purge or steam button, operate the beautiful aluminum lever, and the electronic controls do the rest. High-volume stainless steel boilers maintain a constant 2.1 bar pressure to generate a perfect milk swirl in the steam pot, optimizing the micronization of milk or vegetable drinks.

Neo

Victoria Arduino’s unique NEO technology offers high productivity while using up to 29% less energy than the previous model, employing multi-boiler technology, an instant heating system, and a unique insulation mechanism that reduces both heat loss and energy consumption. It is also simple to use; the bartender sets the temperature on the display, and the Eagle Tempo maintains the same temperature throughout the brewing process for consistent high-quality beverages. And thanks to a larger boiler, making milk and vegetable-based drinks is a breeze.

TERS

Our patented T.E.R.S. (Thermal Energy Recovery System) uses the “discharged water to preheat the” incoming water through a recycling method, thus minimizing waste.

Automatic purge

Having to stop and clean the portafilter slows things down, takes away precious moments you could be using to do something else. Victoria Arduino’s Autopurge technology helps speed up your workflow and saves on wasted water. This time-saving feature will automatically clean the filter holders when you’re not using them, so they’ll always be fresh for the next basket. That’s one less thing to worry about and more time to focus on your customers, all in one fell swoop.

Front lights

Each of the two or three groups comes with ergonomic, customizable front lights. In addition to illuminating the work area so that you can see what you are doing, being able to identify the function of a button at a glance will be greatly appreciated when you have a wave of customers.
