Lever technology

The machine’s features are easy and intuitive to use, allowing it to be an extremely reliable and durable tool. The lever system of the professional coffee machine allows the barista to manually set the pre-infusion time for each brew: when the lever is down, hot water from the boiler enters the group, wetting the coffee tablet. The longer the bartender holds the lever down, the longer the pre-infusion phase will be. An experienced barista waits for the first drops of coffee to come out of the spout and then raises the lever; this means that the entire coffee tablet is soaked.

Design

In 1946, at the end of World War II, Victoria Arduino put its first lever-operated coffee machines on the market. The materials used for the internal and external components make it a valuable espresso machine. The body of the machine, entirely handcrafted by expert artisans, is one-of-a-kind and reflects all the tradition of perfect espresso coffee.

Heritage

Named after the goddess of wisdom, Athena Leva embodies elegance, purity and functionality. A milestone in Victoria Arduino’s history, it stands out for its rational design and timeless beauty-an icon that combines tradition and innovation.
